Kris Kern is an experienced tradesman with over twenty years of industry experience.

Kris Kern served in the U.S. Navy for many years as a Hull Maintenance Technician. He also attended welding and firefighting school and graduated at the top of his class. After his enlistment was up, Kris decided to go into home construction for the next 15 years.

He began working in the commercial industry with GPR Ventures, for a portfolio in excess of 2,000,000 sq feet of tenant space, and has prided himself on fair, fast, quality tenant improvements. Kris delivers on the need for a higher quality at a more reasonable rate for both tenants and brokers.

With background and experience in all areas of commercial trade and construction, he brings the perspective of being able to balance the practical implementation of each tenant improvement with being cost efficient for all parties involved. This leads to the highest levels of satisfaction that both our brokers and customers have come to expect.
